The Forgotten Command of Allah (swt)
Allah Almighty has commanded His believers to stand together to be one body, one heart, and one force for justice. Yet today, the Ummah is fractured, torn apart by divisions, distracted by worldly disputes, and weakened by internal conflicts. The world watches as Muslims, once united and powerful, struggle to find their voice. But the command of Allah remains:
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.” Quran (3:103)
This is not a suggestion; it is a divine mandate. Disunity has always been the tool of oppressors, while unity has always been the weapon of the righteous. When we stand together, no force on Earth can shake us; when we fall into division, even the smallest enemy can overpower us.
The Reality of Injustice
Look around the world, Muslims suffer. In some lands, their faith is attacked; in others, their rights are trampled under oppression. Brothers and sisters languish under tyrants, innocent lives cry out for relief, children and the weak face persecution merely for their beliefs. This injustice is not distant; it is raw, it is real, and it demands action.Allah commands us:
“O you who believe, be upright for Allah, and be bearers of witness with justice.” Quran (5:8)
“Indeed, Allah orders justice, good conduct, and giving to relatives; and forbids immorality, wrongdoing, and oppression.” Quran (16:90)
Justice is not optional in Islam; it is core. The oppressed have a voice whose supplication reaches Allah directly. The Prophet ﷺ warned that we must not stand idle while oppression thrives. We are called to be defenders of truth and justice even if it means standing against the powerful.
Unity + Faith = Strength
The Quran reminds us:
“If there are among you twenty steadfast, they will overcome two hundred; and if there are among you a hundred, they will overcome two hundred by the permission of Allah.” Quran (8:65–66)
This timeless principle shows that when believers, even if few, stand firm together with faith and resolve under Allah’s banner, they can overcome greater forces. Our strength lies not in numbers alone, but in unity, faith, and commitment to Allah. Disunity, by contrast, leaves us vulnerable, scattered, and powerless.
The Call to Action: Rise, Unite, Deliver Justice
This is a divine command to every Muslim:
- Put aside differences, sect, ethnicity, nationality, tribal background. See every believer as your brother or sister in faith.
- Stand for justice, speak truth, defend the oppressed, protect the weak, even when it is difficult or risky.
- Unite for Allah and His Messenger (pbuh), let unity be our strength, not division.
- Act with courage and compassion, support one another, organize, uplift the oppressed, and never accept injustice.
Injustice anywhere stains failure of the Ummah. The world is crying out, oppressed, persecuted, and silenced. We hold in our hands the means to be agents of change, instruments of Allah’s justice.
Let this be a wake up call to our hearts, to our conscience, to our souls. United we stand. Divided we fall. The command of Allah is clear. The time is urgent. The oppressed are waiting.
Unity is the path to ultimate success, in this world and the next.
Unite now for the eyes of the oppressed are fixed upon us, and the justice of Allah awaits the Ummah to rise and deliver it. This is not a choice; every believer is accountable to fulfill this command. Act now, for delay is betrayal. Rise in unity, or stand before Allah and answer for your silence. Unity is not just strength, it is worship, obedience, and the path to ultimate success, in this world and the next.
For every blood drop and tear of the oppressed is a witness against us, and the justice of Allah waits for an Ummah that has slept too long. Either we step forward today, or we surrender by standing still. Let your hearts, hands, and souls move together, for this is the call of Allah and the duty of the faithful.
If you want to go fast go alone if you want to go far go together. Allah has made it clear that the strength, honor, and victory of this Ummah come only from Him.
“If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; but if He abandons you, who is there to help you?” Quran (3:160)
Yet He also warns us that His help is not given to those who turn away or sit back in comfort while the deen calls for action.
“If you turn away, Allah will replace you with another people, and they will not be like you.” Quran (47:38)
And if we fail to rise for His cause whether through laziness, fear, or excuses then Allah says plainly:
“If you do not go forth, He will punish you with a painful punishment, and replace you with another people, and you will not harm Him at all.” (9:39)
These ayahs together remind us that Allah’s deen does not wait for anyone; the only question is whether we will seize the honor of serving it or watch Allah give that honor to others. The time for words is over now is the time for sincerity, courage, sacrifice, and real action for the sake of Allah.
Moreover, Allah reminds us that real change begins from within ourselves:
“Indeed, Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.” Quran (13:11)
This ayah teaches that divine assistance and the transformation of a community do not happen automatically. Before Allah changes our external circumstances our strength, unity, or honor we must first reform our hearts, intentions, and actions. Our collective destiny depends on our willingness to take responsibility, strive for righteousness, and work sincerely for the deen.
It reinforces the idea that help, honor, and victory from Allah require effort, sincerity, and reform from our side.
Let’s answer the command of Allah and come together for ultimate success. The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and so have the believers. All of them believe in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers. They say:
“We hear and we obey. We seek Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the final return.” Surah Al-Baqarah Ayah 285
“Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear. It will have whatever good it earns, and it will bear the consequence of whatever evil it earns.
Our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or make mistakes.
Our Lord, do not place on us a burden like that which You placed on those before us.
Our Lord, do not burden us with what we cannot bear.
Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy on us.
You are our Protector grant us victory over the disbelieving people.” Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286)
